The world is a strange world, a thin veneer of normality hiding deep trenches and channels of darkness The channels are the homes of beasts and men alike, the home of those who thirst for blood or power. People fall from the surface, from their normal lives, plunging into a great game with pieces larger than life, and stakes towering over the surface.

You are a member of the Institute, an organization that gathers those who fall, bringing them into the fold as agents fighting against the dark.

The Diabolical Dossier is a supernatural espionage rpg inspired by the Bourne Trilogy of movies, Bram Stoker's Dracula, and the Cthulhu Mythos. 

It is based on the rules of Electric Bastionland by Chris Mcdowall(Bastionland.com) and integrates mechanics from Night’s Black Agents by Pelgrane Press(Site.Pelgranepress.com)
